Our practice operates as a small adult primary care office, guided by the expertise of two physicians. Differing from the patient load of a conventional medical facility, we intentionally maintain fewer patients to ensure the highest quality of care for each individual. Our affiliation with MDVIP, a national organization that upholds the autonomy of primary care physicians and encourages the practice of medicine in line with our training, underscores our commitment to our profession.

We implement an annual fee structure for our patients, a practice that empowers us to sustain our small-scale approach and provide exceptional healthcare. This fee bolsters our ability to render personalized attention and maintain the excellence we uphold in patient care.

The comprehensive annual fee of $2250 encompasses various benefits, including an Annual Wellness Exam, in-depth blood analysis conducted by the Cleveland Heart Lab, health screenings, electrocardiograms, hearing and vision assessments, spirometry, and more. Our commitment to prompt care is reflected in our ability to offer same-day or next-day appointments for acute concerns, while routine visits extend to a generous 30-minute duration.
