Meet our Staff

Makenzie McFelea, Practice Manager

I am from Lawrenceburg IN, attended McAuley High School, and graduated from Xavier University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Sciences. I am currently in the process of furthering my education to achieve a BSN degree. I am a certified medical assistant with 5+ years of experience. However, my biggest accomplishment is having my son this past May. My family is my world. I am passionate about serving patients and look forward to providing exceptional care!

Becky Greene, Medical Assistant

I have been involved in the healthcare field for approximately 40 years! I genuinely enjoy my work, especially the opportunity to meet new people. My journey in the medical field began at the age of 17 when I pursued Diversified Health Occupations while still in high school. For over a year and a half, I had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Hartig. Since around 2007, I have had both on-and-off collaborations with Dr. Maeder. Embarking on this new adventure, I am excited to note that I am returning to the very office building where my career began when I was 20 years old. With two grown sons and two grandchildren, I am part of a large family that keeps me busy. Additionally, I share my home with my independent 89-year-old mother. During my spare moments, I delight in attending my grandson’s soccer games and cherishing quality time with my granddaughter. My beloved dog, Kiki, is also an integral part of my life.

Madelyn Wilke, Receptionist
My journey led me here from Hyde Park Medical Associates where my initial encounters with Drs Hartig and Maeder took place. I have a bachelor’s degree in English Literature which I earned from Northern Kentucky University in December of 2022. I recently discovered my passion for medicine. I plan to utilize the knowledge and credits to pursue an associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography at Cincinnati State. As a lifelong resident of Cincinnati’s west side, I enjoy the company of my friends and family. My favorite pastimes are reading and exploring new T.V. shows and movies. Being in the company of people and contributing to their access to vital medical care is what not only defines my role but also brings a smile to my face at the end of each day.

Gabby Keil, University of Cincinnati Student

I am a student at the University of Cincinnati majoring in Neurobiology and minoring in Psychology on a Pre-Medicine track. After I graduate from UC, I plan on attending medical school to pursue a career as a physician. I have worked in healthcare for the past 2 years, most recently as a surgical technician on a Labor and Delivery unit where I helped deliver babies in cesarean sections and normal deliveries. I am a busy bee and love to keep moving! When I am not working, I have tons of homework, I volunteer at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and I am also a member of the Tri Delta sorority on UC’s campus! I also love to travel, whether it is throughout the country or even internationally! I have always had a passion for medicine, even from a young age. I have always wanted to help people and make a difference in the world, and I want to make my patients feel comfortable and safe. I love to talk and hold conversations as well, so I can’t wait to have great conversations with all of you in the office!

Annie , Summer Intern

I am a student at Johns Hopkins University majoring in Public Health and Natural Sciences and minoring in Bioethics. After I graduate from college, I am planning on applying to medical school and pursuing a career in healthcare. This past summer I worked at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital as a medical research assistant in the ENT department where I organized patient outcomes and worked with the surgeons to make conclusions about colonic interposition surgeries, a relatively new surgical procedure being conducted at Children’s. At school, I play for the women’s soccer team and I am also in the Alpha Phi sorority. I love to travel, run, try new food and restaurants, and read! I have lived in Cincinnati for 18 years and graduated from Indian Hill High School in 2022. I am extremely excited to come back to Ohio this summer and have the opportunity to help people and learn more about healthcare. I have always known I wanted to pursue medicine and I am motivated to make a difference in the life and health of my patients. I can’t wait to join the staff this summer and work at Madison Medical Associates!
